Each individual Travel Agency has their Standard Operating Procedure, easiTours will need to customize its system to suits individual profile. It will take 1-2
months to implement and customize depends on the complexity of the company
procedure.

3) What is the price of the easiTours System?

4) Does my company need to buy any hardware equipment such as Servers or Backup
Devices?
No, you do not need to buy any. easiTour will take care of the Hardware Equipment plus Online Backup of your
database. Your Company just to pay a small maintenance cost which depends on
the factors mentioned above.
5) Does my agent need to register with easiTour to access for booking?
Yes, your agent needs to have an account to login to easiTours for booking.
easiTour system allows the Travel Agency to create their own
agent accounts in order to allow their agents to access easiTours System
with specific rights.
6) Is Training provided?
Yes, on-site training will be provided to use the system, beside a
comprehensive user guide will also be provided.
7) What is the up-time of the server and how secure is it?
Our servers are hosted in 2 established datacenter in Singapore will real time mirroring each other. In case any network down in one data center, the other will kick in to replace. We also back-up data every few hours to cater for data recovery at any one point. Back-end connections are SSL secured to enahnced security.
